This Villa the ingredients for a luxury holiday. Situated in a quiet location with olive trees to the front and mountains to the side, this private villa has sweeping views across the turquoise-coloured bay, yet is still within walking distance of Kalkan town, harbour and beach. Sea views can be enjoyed from all floors, as well as from its 12 metre private pool and sun terrace with built-in BBQ, its balcony which sweeps across the first floor and its large roof terrace with traditional Turkish kosk. The attractive garden affords natural shade. Inside, this air-conditioned villa has 5 double bedrooms all with balconies or terrace access, 5 marble bathrooms, plus a jacuzzi bath in the master bedroom, a fully-fitted granite kitchen, spacious lounge, laundry room, plus a kitchenette on the 2nd floor for use with the roof terrace. The villa accommodates 10 people comfortably and is less than 5 mins walk from a mini-market, fruit and veg stall and traditional Turkish cafe.

Bathrooms:

All 5 bathrooms are sizable and are tiled in marble. They all have shower cubicles, wcs, sinks mounted on granite, under-sink cupboards, mirrors and hairdryers.
For added luxury, the master bedroom also has a separate, marbled area with a jacuzzi bath.

Kitchen:

The modern kitchen has a granite worktop and is fully equipped with fan oven, fridge/freezer, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, plus utensils, glasses, cutlery and crockery. There is a further kitchen area on the 2nd floor.

Utility Room:

A utility room comes complete with washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer and plenty of cupboards and shelving.

Living Rooms:

The stylish open-plan living room has a 3-seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, 2 armchairs, rugs, dining table, attractive fireplace, Satellite TV, DVD, CD player and patio doors to both the pool terrace and the garden, both affording fabulous views.

Other:

A large separate kitchenette on the second floor with granite worktop, sink and cupboard space allows easy access to tea and coffee making facilities for both the roof terrace and the fifth bedroom.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:

The villa is cleaned on a Monday. Bed linen and towels (including pool towels) are included and changed weekly when the villa is cleaned throughout.

The villa has a large sun terrace with a built-in BBQ and is furnished with luxury sunbeds, tables, parasols, armchairs and a swing chair. The private pool is on the large side for Kalkan – at 12m x 4m – there is a pool shower, and the villa’s pretty garden provides natural shade. For al fresco dining, and for taking in the stunning views, the villa has marble tables on the sun terrace, on the long balcony which sweeps across the entire first floor, and on the huge roof terrace, which has a traditional Turkish kosk lounging area and affords wonderful 360 degree views of Kalkan Bay and the Taurus Mountains. For those who want some exercise, the villa also has a table tennis table.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
